Vinyl Sulfone Plant:

Looking to increasing demand for Vinyl Sulfone, which is the major raw material for reactive dyes as well as Turquoise Blue 21, Associated installed its own manufacturing plant for captive as well as export sales.  The plant commenced production in 2008.  The plant has a capacity to manufacture 250 MT / month Vinyl Sulfone Para Vase and approximately 30 – 40% is being used in captive purpose in UNIT I and UNIT II (for Reactive Blacks, Bifunctional dyes and Reactive Blue 21).

Unit III also manufactures other derivatives of Vinyl Sulfone like:

• Ortho Anisidine Base Vinyl Sulfone.


• Para Cresidine Base Vinyl Sulfone
• 2:5 DMAVS
• Sulfo V.S.
